What the hell, I only did 10 minutes workout on this sliding mat thing and I already beat up. I can't be like Momo like this. I think my stamina level is utterly shit right now. I always thought this slinding thing is a fucking meme considering it didn't even slided like it was advertised when I first try. I have pour some oil on the mat in order to get rid off all the friction, after then I able to slide.

Imaginary pic related of me lying in bed after 10 minutes work out.

Now I'm having gay girls thought regarding this stuff. What if there are 2 sliding mats, one place in the front and the other in the rear. 2 girls have to sync slides while holding both of their hands as like they were dancing together . I wonder how long will they keep up doing it until they get tired.

 No.3443

I should do more zone 2 cardio but the thought of being at the treadmill for more than an hour every day discourages me, especially since after every session I feel like I've accomplished nothing. I like the feeling of pushing myself to my limits but the only satisfaction I get from zone 2 is the relief of completing a session which while nice doesn't make me want to go for more, several days a week. Maybe I should lean into the boredom.

>sliding mat thing

What's this and how do you use it? Sliding around in oil with someone else is basically no different from wrestling.

I've been running almost every day to stay active after I injured my arm working out. It's healing nicely, so I should be able to get back to strength training soon.

I've thought about this a lot actually,
first I'd like to decide a name for the nation (I haven't decided yet)
I already have a flag for it
I'd like to build buildings in my style
I'd appoint certain people to certain roles, handling this and that
I'd rule like a benevolent royal mage King

I've had a very bad Christmas. I would appreciate a kind word, if you have one to spare.

>be me

>24, working adult
>"high functioning" autist, doing my best in a difficult world
>forced to maintain a relationship with insane, abusive mother
>have to put aside the hurt and pain from a childhood of physical, mental, and emotional abuse for the sake of family
>things are strained and distant, but manageable
>time for Christmas dinner, mentally prepped for another rough holiday
>don't wanna be there, but it is what it is
>to my surprise, things start well
>unwrapping presents, small talk
>my aunt keeps bringing up politics
>I keep trying to steer the conversation away, but she wont let me
>brings up abortion, other divisive stuff, like five or six times

I can write the rest of as stupid family drama maybe, but picking up a knife is insane. I wouldn't be around her again.
Hope you've had a good month since then. I'm sure your dad appreciates you trying, maybe just visit him alone for a while.

and textbooks are OK, but you can learn CS faster by playing games. codecombat's free, so i'd suggest using that to learn CS.

Mostly books on mystical philosophy and cosmology from centuries ago, usually Arabic or from Iran. I've begun reading some Taoist stuff too. Its long and sprawling and hard to read. I wanna learn Chinese someday but I can't handle tones.

Hmm, but CS goes beyond just programming right? I'll check out codecombat. Not really sure which language to start learning. What's good for a beginner?

 No.3152

>>3135
>What's good for a beginner?
Start with bash. It should be the first language to learn which you can use straight out from linux terminal. Some people may not like shell scripting language but this is the default language that allows you to run processes, and do alot of other things in linux.

I don't know yet, its very hard to find documentation of this copepod parasite.

it easts fish's flesh and it also is quite big for copepod. YOu would be able to see it with naked eye. They're also known as anchor worms, therefoer I collect them! In my mind palace.

 No.3146

Anchor comes from fact that they are like hair worms, or like plant roots, pull inside human skin, or more likely fish's.

 No.3147

I was searching for scavangers and my wonders havr brought to that creature. It is quite amazing parasite, just what I was looking for as well. I wondered what would happen to human body if it remained under the ocean alive, and that would have led me to researching copepods and all kind of bivalves that could feast upon the unsuspecting human. These are also the same organisms that remove greenland shark's vision by eating on its cornea! What a beautiful organism, and the best part is it's not even a worm yet.
Quite funny how some protostomes are far more terrifying than any nematode in there.

how do you afford to drink it all the time like soda, do you just make it in large batches?

 No.3045

>>3043
huh? batches? I bought it either in a can or a bottle. If I want a large quantity, I'll go for 1 liter glass bottle. You shouldn't chug in one go though because it has that tangy taste at the beginning. Drink it slowly, gradually you will enjoy the after taste it gives.

No it doesn`t. It's leterally a fermented tea baverage. What makes it interesting though it has that natural carbonated compound like soda do.
