Healthy i guess... nowadays. Trying to keep a 11pm - 7am sleep cycle these after years spent between either depression/ssri induced insomnia and benzo induced 15h naps.

I tend to go to bed well after midnight and then wake up around 6 if I have work, or 8 otherwise. I rarely get more than seven hours in, so I'm usually pretty tired and can't get anything done. My ideal sleep schedule would be to sleep from 9 to 5 every day, but it's hard to keep it up for more than a few weeks at a time.

I go to bed around 1:00 or 2:00 and sleep in until 12:30. I've had fatigue problems since I was a teenager and don't sleep well at all.

I go to sleep around 23:00 ~ 24:00 and I wake up around 12:00~13:00 (so I sleep for like 12-14 hours). I'm NEET and depressed as well, and I'm on Mirtazapine because of that (it is sedating drug at doses up to 15mg, my doc just very recently increased the dose to 30mg). But I don't think it's mirtazapine's fault entirely because I used to sleep for about 13~14 hours every night, too, before switching drugs to mirtazapine. Mirtazapine is the only anti-depressant that doesn't have a ton of side-effects in my personal experience (it only causes sedation for me). I feel that anti-depressants (in general) aren't working at all, so I might quit them after trying the higher dose or perhaps I will give 1 more drug a chance. I don't know...

I also have bouts of insomnia but luckily I got benzos for emergencies. I don't drink coffee or yerba mate or energy drinks after 18:00 and I drink some camomile tea before going to sleep. I think i should try swimming or just simply going for walks but I feel too tired at the moment.

I am an early bird, I go to sleep at 7 PM and wake up at 4:00 AM and not only when I go to work. I do this on vacations and during the weekends.

If I wake up very late I can feel really bad because I just missed out on half a day.

Terrible, I sleep whenever but it's usually dictated by something else and I don't set alarms so sometimes I'll wake up 8 hours later, other times 12 or 16.
