The idea with the whole lifestyle is to minimize the amount of things you actually have, since most stuff people own is useless. Its a bit of an anti-consumerist kinda mindset, in the same vein as tinyhouse stuff. Modesty, only having what you need, etc.
As for my personal plan, I'd want to put the bed in the overhang for space efficiency. The bed otherwise takes up a huge proportion of your very limited space. Batteries need to be slightly raised in case of a water tank breach, and since im a big computer nerd I need a lot of them. I personally don't really need anything more than a single chair. Ideally you can hide both under furniture. Under the sink or the shower is an ideal place for a water tank, and nearby the front of the cabin is the best place for an array of batteries. Solar power is nice and alleiviates the need for roof insulation, but isnt sufficent to charge batteries alone. You need a big, secondary alternator.
