You can use #wapchan in Rizon.
Only issue is I don't have admin perms since my old rizon account got deleted and someone idling there took over which is why I haven't promoted it.
I'm just not sure what name to use for a different channel that wouldn't confuse people

you could setup an onionshare web chat page (onionshare.org). It's really easy to setup, is just that only onion user can join. What's interesting about onionshare web chat is that, the ability of the host admin able to ban user from webchat. Yeah, you can have that kind of power tripping measures dispite of connecting through onion service network.
