With the names, it's up to you really. Some users use names and some don't. I try to treat this place as a cross between an imageboard and a forum, where there's a sense of community and we don't have to strictly follow "unspoken" imageboard rules. I made some UY videos a while ago, didn't do the best voiceover in hindsight but one of these days I'll get back into it.
