Can we have /ck/ thread? I personally think Miguel Maestro is a very underated clebarity chef. I really do like his cooking. I makes me appreciate more about Spanish style cuisine as a whole. So here are the video dumps of his recipe.

 No.6123

I'm having trouble uploading Miguel's videos, I don't know why everytime the upload progress reaches 100%, the capcha verification turn out to be failure eventhough I already got it right for that current post. Is there a time limit for uploading large files? The video files waren't that huge in the first place.

nice cecina Anon.

So today I had chinese noodle chicken soup but this one is really a special one for me. Three main ingrediants which made me love this noodle are; the checken, meatballs and fried tofu. That's it. no egg and just these three that made it go yummy.

Well, the rest of it were pok choy, chili slice, carrots, chop of spirng onions, and chives, chinese red dates and slices of chinese mushroom. The last 2 ingredients are kind of unique I think, I mean..I never had a red date in a noodle soup before and the mushroom is kind of unique too. It really adds up a nice flavor into the noodle soup.

I wish I could cook meat more often, but I’m broke, so these days I’m mostly eating beans, rice, and lentils.

Does anybody know how one might go about learning to cook in a more rigorous method? Like, something which explains specific techniques in depth instead of just giving you a recipe to follow. I haven't been able to find anything like that…

I cooked a very unhinged meal today for lunch. I wanted mac and cheese, but didnt have any so i added cheese to a carbonara buldak noodle and had baked beans on the side. Kinda reminded me of something my mom would make on a weekend afternoon while i was using the computer in the family room
as a kid

If anyone is interested in participating, a friend had the idea that we bake an orange cake for /kind/’s birthday. The ingredients are as follows:

>4 eggs

>1 cup (~240 mL) of white sugar
>2.5 cups (~600 mL) of flour with yeast
>1 cup (~240 mL) of orange juice (either fresh or store-bought)
>1 cup (~240 mL) of boiling water
>0.5 cup (~120 mL) of vegetable oil

The instructions are as follows:

>Grease a pan with margarine. Then add a little flour and shake the pan so the flour sticks to the margarine, covering the whole pan. Any leftover flour in the pan you can throw into the next paragraph's bowl.

>Turn on the oven on medium heat. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix for about 10 minutes by hand, or you can use a mixer.

>When everything is mixed, the mixture looks even and it's filled with bubbles, spill it into the pan. Put the pan in the oven, which should have already been preheating for 10 minutes.

>The cake is ready in about 25–30 minutes. Around 22 minutes, take a quick look at the cake and stick a toothpick in it. If you pull out the toothpick and it's dry (the cake mix didn't stick to it) it means it's ready.

They also suggest eating it right after it's ready, while it's still hot. Cut a slice and serve it on a plate with a scoop of ice cream.

His shorts have started appearing on my feed. He does fun stuff, even if the way he does things piss me off sometimes.

I can now afford to cook delicious, nutritious salmon. I like it with butter, lemon, and dill.
