I personally still use Deviantart because even with its flaws, it is the closest thing we'll ever have to a western Pixiv in our lifetime. There's a large untapped potential when it comes to art websites in my opinion, especially with social media websites shooting themselves in the foot everyday and just not being ideal places for sharing art. Social media prioritizes interactions over anything else.
So i sort of appreciate the concept of Zdiskuss, especially the inclusion of forums. But it suffers from the same problem as most indie art websites: bad administration. I would not be surprised if there is admin infighting behind close doors as it tends to happen with all these small projects. Not to mention it feels like every day is april fools with how many unnecessary joke features they add, and the fact that you can't even turn them off.

As much as I'd love a website that allows everything and doesn't ban anything that isn't directly illegal under US law or the mods don't like, hosting lolisho is a double edged sword for the fact that you run the risk of having your site taken over by actual bad actors. Baarag started as a pro-lolisho website and look what it has become, and even Rule34, which doesn't even host lolisho, is slowly getting the same treatment too (and the mods certainly don't help by keeping the comments section open / not using captchas). They share illegal links and session IDs, etc. It's sad, but understandable.
