I had a lot of good stuff saved from a landscape thread a while back. There's a lot of striking visuals that you only get with these kinds of scenes.

With the facial animations and CGs it fits perfectly in the 1997-2001 era of PS2.

I ended up digging around to see if Shiobi made any other 3D touhou stuff and I found their website (https://www.siobi.info/gallery/index.htm)
Unfortunately it seems like their last 3D model they made was a Kyouko one around 10 years ago. It seems like it was intended to be a CGI studio but never fully took off.
